HUGE Neon Tahitian & Gold Kaleidoscope Festival Hood thunder Tank style strapsThis soft, stretchy hood is made of spandex, with a neon UV glow tahitian floral fabric on one side and a sparkling Gold Kaleidoscope on the other. It pulls on over the head, with a deep cowl at the neck. It will keep your head and neck warm on cold desert nights. It can be reversed, as shown, or twisted and doubled like an infinity loop. This can also be made in a combo of almost any other fabric shown in our shop, if you would like a different color
