Cross laminated so it holds its shape. 100% bamboo. Naturally hard, so it resists knife marks and wear, and non porous, so bacteria and odours do not linger. Dense fibres keep water out, and bamboo regrows fast enough to be genuinely renewable. Juice groove. Catches the run off from a roast or a ripe tomato instead of letting it reach the bench.
