This bead and others like it have long been traded along the Sahara trade route

Black Antique Czech Snake Beads trilobite Antique 1800's25" strand of large shiny black 9mm diameter x 5mm inter locking glass "snake" beads. Czech made from the 1930s and traded in Africa. These beads are made to imitate traditional snake vertebra beads. This strand is in excellent condition.
