UV Glow Neon Melt HUGE Reversible Festival Hood two the rest of the dressThis soft, stretchy hood is made of lycra spandex, with UV glow green & purple neon melt on one side and UV glow green & purple neon melt on the other! Both sides glow like mad under UV light. It pulls on over the head, with a deep cowl at the neck. It will keep your head and neck warm on cold desert nights. It can be reversed, as shown. This can also be made in a combo of almost any other fabric shown in our shop, if you would like a different color
