Ceramic Fish with Teeth! 1940s serape travelled the country for aSuch a fabulous fish! I know nothing of its origins, but it's one of my favorite things. I found it at the estate sale of an artist and gallerist on Newbury Street in Boston, who dealt mostly in Haitian art but had a wonderful, eclectic collection of handmade objects from around the world. Those teeth! I love its roughness and the darkness of the clay body, decorated only with some blue glazing on the tail fin. Nice and heavy, with a terrific
