Hand-painted Vintage FLAT Sign Japanese fan 4 1/8" tall x 4"Nothing fussy about this hand painted vintage sign, which I assume was once used to advertise a flat for rent. I found it at the estate sale of an actress and philanthropist and like to imagine it was a souvenir from perhaps a first apartment rental in New York or London, where many memorable things happened!
