The top gem measures 4mm and the bottom gem has an oval shape and measures 8mm. The bottom cz is sitting in a curved shape so when seen from the side it looks like a crescent moon. Made from ASTM F 136 titanium and internally threaded. The wearable length measures 7 16" (11mm). Gauge size is 14G. Sold individually.
