I'd guess it dates to the late 19th or early 20th but am not entirely certain

Treen Dark Wood Whimsy Goblet cylindrical vase I'd guess it dates toI really love all manner of old turned wooden cups and goblets, even better when they have a whimsy element, as with the two "captive" rings on the stem of this one. I'm thinking this one would might a nice cup for dice throwing, which would cause the whimsy rings to rattle a bit while shaking, surely bringing good luck! 5 3 16" tall x 2 5 8" across at base.
