The flag is constructed of bright red cotton, with countless twisted silver bullion fringes, spanning approximately 38 mm in length on all sides except for the hoist, which is left bear featuring only four metal spring loaded clips one clip has rusted and is non functional. Depicted on the flag on the obverse and
