Perennial Echolocation Foeder Aged Saison Size:750ML BTL and were named one ofSaison 5. 7% ABV Commercial Description: Echolocation is a foeder aged Saison brewed with German grown Pilsner malt and unmalted wheat. This beer was fermented in stainless steel, then aged in a large oak foeder with a blend of native yeast & bacteria, and commercially purchased Brett. After 14 months in the foeder, Echolocation continued aging and developing in kegs and green glass bottles.
