Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered multi coloured insignia in the form of a Slovakian Coat of Arms featuring a Patriarchal Cross topped by an inscription of Slowakei' (Slovakia) in capitalized lettering, measuring 69 mm (w) x 85 mm (l), in unissued mint condition.
