Constructed of zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with central shields bearing a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika and a Falange insignia, with a swastika at the bottom and topped by a Stahlhelm, the reverse with an inscription of DIVISIN ESPAOLA DE VOLUNTARIOS EN RUSIA (DIVISION OF SPANISH VOLUNTEERS
