Constructed of pebbled nickel silver, the obverse bearing a central SA style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an oak leaf wreath, the reverse with a catch and attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, maker marked with the logo of a disputed manufacturer (see note), measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h),
