When we first talked we wanted the label to be an homage to Thrilla the Gorilla - whom many of you may remember from T&C Surf designs
the body is full and rich with a fine hop bitterness on the finish
Foudre-aged dark sour ale
we moved the beer to a stainless steel tank and dry hopped it with more Cascade and Simcoe and an experimental hop called “X17” from The Oregon Hophouse
