Constructed of an olive drab cotton rayon blend, the obverse bearing a central dark green band, overlaid by a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire inscription of AFRIKAKORPS in Latin script, the band trimmed along both edges with machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses, the reverse plain, unmarked, measuring 33 mm (w) x 380 mm (l), a slightly shortened example in near extremely fine condition.
