Constructed of red cotton rayon blend, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with black tresses, bearing a central white disc overlaid by a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 190 mm (w) x 115 mm (h), with consistent but minor soiling evident, in near extremely fine condition.
