Germany, Federal Republic. A Wound Badge, Black Grade, 1957 Issue Auction 2) A 1861 Coronation Medal(Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz, 1957). An oval shaped blackened metal alloy; the obverse pebbled with a Stahlhelm superimposed on crossed swords within a wreath of laurel leaves with a tied bow at the bottom, the reverse plain with a slender vertical pinback, with a functional hinge catch assembly, measuring 37. 03 mm (w) x 44. 29 mm (h), weighing 12. 2 grams, and in near very fine condition.
