Three First War American Commemorative Medals Archive A 1938 DRL (National SocialistUnited States; Crane Company War Service Medal (bronze, obverse illustrating the United States coat of arms flanked by the United States Navy insignia on the left and the Emergency Fleet Corporation insignia on the right, inscribed "U. S. N." and "E. F. C." below each respectively, a cannon below the coat of arms, inscribed "WAR SERVICE" at the top and "WAR" at the bottom, reverse inscribed "PRESENTED TO R. R. URRY BY CRANE CO. 1917 1918" with the
