Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse bearing a raised and black enameled National Socialist Peoples Welfare insignia, defaced by a silvered and red enameled Sudeten German Party logo, flanked by a date of 1938, the reverse plain clip hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a flattened and rounded catch, unmarked, measuring 38. 31 mm (w) x 31. 41 mm (l), weighing
