Germany, Luftwaffe. An Officer’s Dress Dagger, with Hanger, by Carl Eickhorn Newly Listed undated but the former officially(Luftwaffe Dolch fr Offiziere mit Gehnge). A well preserved Luftwaffe Officers dress dagger, measuring 43 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 26. 5 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade which retains factory original sharpening to both the edges and tip, and which retains much of its original cross grain. The reverse ricasso bears a makers mark of ORIGINAL EICKHORN, SOLINGEN, circumscribing the firms classic
