Constructed of a red cotton base, overlaid by double sided white cotton discs measuring 51 cm in diameter, in turn bearing multi piece black rayon mobile swastikas, the hoist edge reinforced with an additional layer of white cotton featuring a hollow channel which retains a period original drawstring, unmarked, measuring 114 cm (w) x 76 cm (h),
