The booklet was issued to Mr. Prange on march 5, 1938 in Hamburg (Convent region), and features his occupation (locksmith), place of residence (Kibitzstrae 34, Hamburg 23), the facsimile of the Bundesfhrer, as well as the Hauptgeschftsfhrer. It is validated by two blue RKB stamps, as well as 31 fee stamps between 1938 and 1940. It measures 113 mm x 81 mm,
