Constructed of silver, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse bearing a central raised depiction of St. George slaying a dragon, the reverse bearing a central raised disc with Cyrillic characters (SG) as the saints monogram, the three and nine oclock arms etched No 32289, the six oclock arm bearing an inscription of 3 (3rd Class), the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop connecting to a
