Germany, Luftwaffe. A Summer Tunic Breast Eagle United Republic of Emperor Maximillian(Luftwaffe Adler Abzeichen). Constructed of gilded aluminum, consisting of Luftwaffe eagle with detailed feathering, missing the mobile swastika in its talons, the reverse bears a horizontal pinback and is unmarked, measuring 83. 96 mm (w) x 26 mm (h), fine.
