Germany, Heer. A General’s Breast Eagle consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Piper 2-Can(Heer Brustadler fr General). Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered gold bullion wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse retaining a partially intact black paper liner, unmarked, measuring 108 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
