Constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with blue enameled arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse bearing a central blue enameled disc, surrounded by a circular oak leaf wreath overlaid by an NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a
