There are four black metal eyelets, two on either side of the seam at the rear of the cap, on the underside of the overhang for ventilation. The front is adorned with a 47 mm (w) x 63. 5 mm (h) bronze gilt Royal Artillery Cap Badge. The black patent leather visor has a black two piece patent
