Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised inscription of AZAD HIND, topped by a leftward facing Bengal tiger and situated above a lily, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of INDIENS FREIHEITS KAMPF (INDIAS FREEDOM STRUGGLE) set on a grid, topped by a pair of crossed swords and loop retaining a period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 36. 37 mm in diameter, weighing
