IWAI WHISKEY TRADITIONAL MARS FINISH IN SHERRY CASK JAPAN 700ML Prosecco Aged a minimum of 2Iwai Tradition Sherry Cask Whisky is a blended whisky produced by Mars Shinshu Distillery in Nagano, Japan. Distilled from 70% malted barley and 30% corn, this non age statement whisky was aged in ex bourbon, sherry, and wine casks before being finished for over 11 months in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks. The resulting spirit displays aromas of brown sugar, cacao, and black cherry with a fruity and confectionary palate of dried apricot, lemon poppyseed
