Brough's Nottingham built machines were advertised as being the 'Rolls Royce' of motorcycles. Expensive and powerful, they were mostly handmade, many powered by JAP (JA Prestwich) engines, and some by Matchless. This one, powered by a 4 cam JAP engine, is being ridden by PC Wilfred Pepper of the Nottinghamshire police.
