Constructed of red dyed cotton, the exterior bearing a central white disc overlaid by a black mobile swastika, flanked by an inscription of NSDAP LUFTKRIEGS EINSATZ, with an illegible blue ink stamp over the disc, otherwise unmarked, measuring 210 mm (l) x 52 mm (h), with some material fatigue evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
