fixed in place with the shell rivets

The centre fixture is decorated along the circumference with a raised swastika pattern

consisting of a right insignia tab and a left rank tab

Germany, Third Reich. An Air Raid Protection Officer’s Armband, First Pattern Auction Royal Canadian Regiment was discharged(Reichsluftschutzbund Armband). Constructed of navy blue cotton rayon blended fabric with a white machine embroidered RLB insignia on the obverse, the top and bottom decorated with a strip of silver aluminum bullion tresse, with Ges. Gesch. embroidered to the reverse of the armband, measuring 180 mm (w) x 100 mm (l), in near very fine condition.
