Collaboration with Omnipollo. This iteration is done with blackberries from Lynden, Washington and is maybe the most fruit forward version yet. The Blackberries come off rich and jammy with only a mild tartness and the lactose adds a creaminess that rounds out the full flavored mouthfeel.
