Prussia, Kingdom. An Order Of The Crown, Gold Medal Newly Listed in red case of issue(Kronenorden Medaille). Instituted 18 October 1861 by Kaiser Wilhelm I. (1888 1916 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a raised Cross Patte bearing a central medallion with a royal crown circumscribed by an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US), the reverse with a monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, unmarked, measuring 24. 90 mm (w) x 36. 59 mm (h), weighing 8. 2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
