A unique First World War veterans wall hanger, constructed of a red wool felt bed, trimmed along all four edges with a gold bullion wire fringe, the obverse trimmed along all four edges with with a border consisting of ribbon for the 1914 Iron Cross II Class, with the top centre also embroidered with a multi piece Iron Cross, executed with a black wool cloth base with borders consisting of a silver
