Matured in first fill Bourbon barrels for 4 years, finished in Oloroso casks for 6 months. 43% ABV Pale gold in color. Aromas of vanilla, honey and baked fruits (confit). Very smooth entry and then expansive with a mouth coating, oily texture. Mid palate shows a nuttiness and warmth with hints of raisin and plum. Long, clean finish with subtle marmalade and caramel.
