Footnote: this medal was presented to Soviet delegates who visited Zagrebs factory IKOM (previously known as Braca Knaus), a well known maker of Yugoslavias Orders, decorations and badges. This meeting took place right after the War, with likely intent of IKOM producing awards for the Soviets, however friendly Soviet and Yugoslav relations ended abruptly in 1948, after Tito
