Bavaria, Kingdom. An Order of Merit, I Class Military Merit Cross, with Swords, c.1930 Hold dated "1943" on the armInstituted July 19, 1886. In bronze gilt, a cross with pebbled arms and a central white and black enamel center, crossed swords atop the 12 oclock arm, measures 42. 4 mm (w) x 51. 0 mm (h), replacement ribbon, very fine condition.
