R." and "ROWE" on either side of the cypher on the reverse, 32 mm, original ribbon with pinback, dark patina, contact marks, better than very fine. In its cardboard box of issue, ERII cypher on the lid, stamped "CIVIL" on the hinged side, box very fine.
