In Gold, consisting of a Cross Patte with red enamelled arms trimmed with black enamel which has been replaced in the 1920s, the obverse bearing a central black enamelled medallion overlaid by a hand painted monogram of Saint Vladimir, the reverse bearing a central black enamelled medallion overlaid by a silvered Julian calendar institution date of 22 1782 (22 SEPTEMBER 1782), the twelve oclock arm
