Constructed of off white card stock with multi coloured ink, the obverse featuring an unused dedication to a recipient for meritorious performance in artillery marksmanship, with empty spaces to accommodate handwritten entries, the lower right corner of the obverse bearing a printers mark, measuring 32. 5 cm (w) x 45 cm (h), with minor discolouration and material fatigue evident, a rare unissued period document in near
