Constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a central white machine embroidered disc overlaid by a black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 21 cm (w) x 10. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating minor soiling and material fatigue, in better than very fine condition.
