Germany, Federal Republic. A German Cross In Silver, 1957 Version Newly Listed 7 Canadian General Hospital at(Deutsches Kreuz in Silber). Constructed of a silvered and patinated bronze alloy, consisting of a double overlaid starburst pattern, with a central silvered disc overlaid by a raised decoration in the form of a War Merit Cross with Swords, within a stamped circular laurel leaf wreath, wrapped with ribbon and joined together at the bottom by a date of 1941, the wreath trimmed along both the inner and outer edges with red enameled rings, the reverse
