Sivi 2018 Light soft tannins and gentle aciditySivi is yet another of Darios crazy macerated Pinot Gris. It has complex and balsamic flavours, orange peel, tamarind, dried apricot. Be ready for some volatile acidity and earthy tannins. You can easily age this wine and it is best served warmer than usual orange wines!
