In silver and enamels, with a hand painted image of Saint Sava in green robes in the obverse center medallion, reverse medallion bearing 1883, with a crown suspension, measuring at 51mm (w) x 88mm (h), hallmarked and marked on suspension loops, on period neck ribbon, intact enamels, in extremely fine condition.
