In silver gilt with red enamels, measuring 19. 5 mm (w) x 23. 3 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, intact enamels, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Hero of Socialist Labour was instituted on December 8, 1948 and awarded to citizens for outstanding work.
