Instituted on March 2nd, 1936. In bronze gilt with red, white, green, blue, brown and black enamels, unmarked, measuring 61. 6 mm (w) x 71. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, on an incorrect but similar full length neck ribbon, with some of the original gilt finish worn off, in near very fine condition.
