In silver gilt, consisting of a ball tipped five armed star with striped arms, the obverse centre features an engraved Chilean condor within a rayed edge, the condor is superposed by a partially enameled red and blue Chilean shield, with the inscription POLICA DE INVESTIGACIONES CHILE (Investigative Police Chile), also with enamels, the reverse is plain, the star is surmounted by a laurel wreath
