A lovely breast star (Lady's Grand Cross version) in silver gilt, featuring an eight point star, with overlaid blue enamel Anchor cross, a green laurel wreath between three of the arms and a red enamel royal crown at 12 oclock, the obverse medallion features a female figure with a small red enamel flame, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed AL MERITO CIVIL
