The base of the shaft features a single kagi (hook) 90 mm in length. The tsuba is constructed of a separate piece of patinated bronze and presents as a stylized chrysanthemum flower. The handle is constructed of magnetic metal, and is wrapped in ray skin. The jitte completes with a magnetic metal pommel with an integrated suspension loop.
